Workshop: Narrative and Emotion
Club member Jerry Webb will lead this workshop which will look at different storytelling techniques and ideas. It will examine how basic tools like lighting, colour, framing and composition can alter the pitch, tone and meaning of a photograph, across different genres of photography.
It will also encourage us to think about human emotions – how they feature in our work, how they translate visually and how photographers can use and manipulate them in their storytelling.
The evening will be broken into 4 sections allowing for plenty of input and interaction.
