Chris Gil specialises in Long Exposure photography and this year he will be holding his workshop at the West Pier – on Thursday 19th May
Sunset is at 20:48 and low tide at 20:05
We will meet at 7pm on the beach in front of the West Pier. We should finish between 9-9:30pm
This is a Summer Programme Event giving an introduction to Long Exposure photography.
The workshop will start with an introduction to the technique and a look at some example images.
There will be printed handout notes available with full instructions.
Please bring your tripod (and the mounting plate!) as well as any Neutral Density filters that you have to fit your lens.
A 10-stop “big stopper” is ideal and if you have a 3 or 6-stop filter then that may also be useful.
Chris will bring a few filters in case anyone needs a loan ND
For more information or to enrol, send an email to: chris.gil@bhcc-online.org
Workshop instruction notes will be sent to everyone who has signed up.
If you have time please have a read before the workshop and you can print a copy to bring along.
